We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Please contact us if you are not pleased.

It takes 2–7 business days to create a product and fulfill an order and the average shipping time is 4 business days depending on the delivery destination.
